I can’t sign in.

A crew login is typed like mike@acme — the name and the company, with nothing after. If you were given an email address, use the whole address. The first sign-in needs signal; every one after it does not.

My work has not reached the office.

The phone keeps everything until it can send. Open the app where there is signal and it sends on its own. If the job list says “Sign in to send your work”, sign in once and it carries on.

I want to delete my login.

You can delete your MitOUT login at any time from the app (Settings → Sending to the office → Delete my login) or on the web. Deleting your login permanently removes your email, password and sign-in. Job records, photographs and moisture readings you sent to a company remain that company's business records and are retained by that company; your name stays attached to the work you did, as the record of who was present. If you are the only owner of a company, deleting your login also closes that company.
